What you'll work on
We manage complex, mission-critical infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. That means monitoring and maintaining platforms around the clock, responding to incidents fast, and proactively identifying issues before they become problems.
The people who built the platform are the ones who run it. No handovers, no offshore handoffs. Real people who know the platform inside out and fix things fast. We work across AWS, Azure, and on-premises, with deep expertise in European cloud standards and data sovereignty. No lock-ins, just the right choice for the situation.
Security updates, patch management, end-of-life detection, and compliance are built into how we operate, not added on afterwards.

How we work
We start every morning with a standup. Not because it's mandatory, but because knowing what everyone's working on makes the whole team better. Knowledge sharing is built into how we operate. We run workshops, test new tooling together, and stay close to what's changing in the cloud landscape.
This is a team of about 30 engineers who take their craft seriously. We challenge each other, share what we know, and make time to explore new techniques before they become necessary. When you join, you get a clear development path and the time to follow it.
AI is part of how we operate too. We use it to move faster on routine work, spot issues earlier, and keep our focus on the infrastructure decisions that actually matter. We're honest about what works and what doesn't, and we keep experimenting.
On-call is part of the job. So is having colleagues who've got your back when it's your turn. We work from our Alkmaar office.
