Mental health support Unlimited, fully anonymous access to mental health support via Open Up. No questions asked, no manager involved.

Food and lunch Fresh, healthy lunch every day. In Alkmaar prepared by our in-house chef, including breakfast to start the day right. In Amsterdam we take care of lunch too, fresh and delivered daily. Persons of trust Everyone at Hypersolid has access to dedicated persons of trust. You can speak to them confidentially and raise anything that is on your mind. We also have an active DEI board that works on making Hypersolid a genuinely welcoming place for everyone. 25 vacation days Time to properly rest, travel, and recharge.

Events and sports Barbecues on the rooftop or next to the IJ, padel and sports tournaments, boardgame nights, and Friday drinks that occasionally turn into something better. Some things are organized. A lot of it just happens.
